This morning I indulged the AM talking heads as they assigned the blame for the current disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. Of those mentioned were Obama, Cheny, the BP CEO as well as several of the contractors. Not mentioned were you the American consumer that ultimately created this fiasco. Yes, you! Perhaps me as well.
We were the ones who created the demand by our endless trips to Walmart, Best Buy and Home Depot. We were the ones who elected the officials who run this country. We know that politicians choose their lot from lawyers and such and are morally corrupt from the onset. Yes, I said it; politicians look like, smell like, behave like and slither like the scumbags that they ultimately become. We let lawyers control the oil folk without regard to life limb or property. Now we whine about environmental disaster. The bulk of Americans ( Present Company Excluded ) are morons led around by great television leash.
It’s not to late. Fire your politician and replace (her/him ) with an engineer, scientist, or fry cook. Sh_t-can the television such that Madison Ave. cannot reach into your child’s mind and snatch (his/her) ability of individual thought. Bypass all firms that recently screwed our government and ultimately every taxpayer. Last but not least, don’t get political advice from a rafting web-site.
